O reality planeja lançar um boygroup temporário de sete integrantes, contendo dezesseis trainees de quatro subsidiárias da B&S incluindo uma equipe da mesma passando por fases com eliminatórias e votação pelo público para decidir os sete integrantes, além de serem decididos pela suas técnicas e talentos em 3 classes: A, B e C .
Performada pela primeira vez no M!Countdown, STAR foi escrita pelo fundador da Mystic Entertainment KYJ e a CEO Jaehwa que auxiliou tanto na produção tanto na composição a qual ela também escreveu, com produção assinada pelo DJ Coreano-sueco Max Hwang. A música que é um hino de positividade e sobre não desistir dos seus sonhos, praticamente promove o reality e seus participantes, com o refrão repetindo várias vezes "Pick Me" (Me escolha) com o eu-lirico falando que quer ser a sua estrela e ter seu coração, e que só basta você o escolher. A distribuição de linhas é totalmente dominada pelos cinco integrantes da Classe A, que canta 100% da música do inicio ao fim, enquanto a Classe B canta após o primeiro refrão com a Classe C simplesmente não cantando. O center escolhido da música é Byun Woojae da GLACIER, que também lidera a screentime e fica todo o tempo no centro da música.
